Fuse Beads Animal Photo Patterns
Pet and wildlife photo-to-pattern advice for sharp eyes and limited colors.
Animal patterns are all about the eyes and the outline. If those two parts read well, the rest can be simplified and still look like your pet or favorite wildlife photo.
Focus on the eyes
Choose photos with sharp eyes and clear outlines. A crisp eye gives the pattern life. If the eyes are soft or hidden, pick a different photo.
Limit the fur palette
Limit colors to keep Perler beads fur readable. Too many similar browns or grays turns into static. Stick to one base, one shadow, and maybe one highlight.
Use a medium grid
Medium grids are perfect for pets and wildlife. They give you enough space for eye detail without forcing you into a huge build. Large grids look great too, but they are a commitment.
Small cleanup goes far
Erase stray background bits, sharpen the outline, and boost contrast a touch. The converter will reward you.
