Perler Beads Logo Conversion Guide
Logo conversion workflow for crisp edges, brand colors, and printable patterns.
Logos are picky. They need clean edges and the right colors to feel authentic. The good news is that a logo is usually easier to convert than a photo if you respect a few rules.
Keep edges crisp at low grid sizes
Start by choosing a grid size that matches the smallest version you want to display. If the logo loses its edge at that size, scale up or simplify. Crisp edges are the whole point of a logo on a pegboard.
Match the brand colors carefully
Choose Perler beads colors close to brand guidelines. Do not chase perfect screen colors if those beads do not exist. Pick the closest real bead and stay consistent across the design. Consistency matters more than a tiny hue difference.
Export a printable pattern
Once the colors and edges look right, export a printable fuse beads pattern with a legend. A printout makes placement faster and helps keep the colors in order while you build.
Pro tip
If the logo has thin lines, add a one bead outline to keep it readable. It is a tiny change that makes a big difference in physical form.
